Consumers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in original condition
The item must be in original packaging
Return requests must be submitted by email to info@margaretlanesandiego.com before sending the item.
Article 7 – Return Costs and Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be sent to our designated international fulfillment center. The return address will be provided after approval.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product or valid proof of return shipment.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted for:
Final Sale items (40% discount or higher)
Hygiene-sensitive products (such as underwear, earrings, or personal items)
Used, damaged, or worn items

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Margaret Lane San Diego is not responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty
Margaret Lane San Diego guarantees that products conform to the contract and reasonable quality standards.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Orders are shipped from international fulfillment centers.
Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days.
Due to international logistics, delivery may take up to 30 business days.
Delays within this timeframe do not qualify as non-delivery.
Tracking information will be provided.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Article 16 – Shipping and Return Locations

Orders are shipped from overseas warehouses.
Returns must be approved before shipment.
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Article 17 – Customs Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes.
These fees are not refundable.
