Important Information
Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request. We aim to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below. Exceptions may be made in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Return requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
- In original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
Items must be returned in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Lingerie
- Used or worn items
- Washed items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Final Sale items (discounted 40% or more)
Damage Due to Personal Use
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
How to Start a Return

Return requests must be approved before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Address
The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved. Our business mailing address is not a return address.
Return Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Missing or Delayed Refunds

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Margaret Lane San Diego is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Restocking Fee
A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and reintegration into our stock system. By completing your purchase, you agree to the $20 restocking fee that applies to all returned items.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order, we cannot guarantee that the package will be returned. In such cases, refunds may not be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery atΒ info@margaretlanesandiego.com..
We will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the item at no additional cost
- Full refund if replacement is not available
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing the order.
After this period, cancellation may not be possible. If the order has already been processed, the customer must follow the return procedure after delivery.
